We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment. Our administration will also track your order and cooperate with you if there is any problem.

 

When Will My Order Arrive?

Usually the dispatch time for all our products is 1-3 working days. The Premium Courier service will take up to 5 working days to deliver your order from our warehouse in Bulgaria to your door in the mainland UK.

 

Free Delivery!

We offer free delivery to all our products! Be aware that there are some territories that are not covered by the DPD Courier and delivery can take longer or could be paid. We will inform you if you are not eligible for Free delivery when you make the order. Products will be delivered to your door and are fully insured. It is strongly advised that you check the delivery for any defect or broken parts and if you find any, you should write down the problems on the courier documents so that we can initiate the insurance procedure. We keep it simple-our pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive, which saves you time and energy. As we are manufacturer of 99% of the products listed, you can be sure that we have spare parts for all of our products.

 

Return Policy

Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your decor? Whatever the reason, you won`t be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price including all outbound shipping and handling costs. You will be responsible for any inbound shipping costs. Please be aware that you should return the product to Bulgaria. Don`t worry we will communicate with you and cooperate with you to make the return as easy as possible and least expensive. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where inbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back - this will be clearly marked on the product`s sale page.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, you may conveniently request replacement parts via our email. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. Please note the important instructions below.

 

Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.

 

If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging. Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient.

 

If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us. If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer`s defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.

Our customers feedback is very important for us and that`s why we are offering 2 GBP refund on any order. We would like to know about your experience with us or any problems you might have with our products. You can write as many reviews as you want for the products you have purchased. When you receive your order and you would like to tell us about your opinion, please navigate to the purchased product and you will see at the bottom of the info-box the REVIEWS button. When you click it you will be redirected to a page with the option to WRITE REVIEW where you can leave your feedback. Once you complete your review we will receive a notice about it and will send you back 2 GBP.

When your order is complete you will receive confirmation in your email. If you have purchased more than one product than we will calculate how we can optimize the transport cost and we will send you a refund depending on the available discount. Discounts can reach up to 30%.
